Marta Styczen
I am a trauma-informed coach and practitioner trained in ThetaHealing®, QHHT® Level 2, and holding a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotraumatology.
I support clients who feel stuck in long-standing patterns—whether emotional, physical, or relational—to create meaningful, lasting change at the level where those patterns begin.
Alongside my professional work, I have been actively involved in neurodivergent advocacy for many years, including personal projects such as Neurodivergence Gallery and previous involvement with the international organisation Students with Psychosis.
As a neurodivergent practitioner myself, I work in a way that honours difference, depth, and the reality of living in a nervous system that experiences the world intensely.

Clients often come to me seeking greater emotional stability, relief from persistent stress or trauma responses, clearer boundaries, improved self-trust, or a sense of ease in their own body and mind.
My approach combines intuitive guidance with transformative belief work, using elements of both lighter and deeper hypnotic states to access subconscious patterns and gently rework them—without forcing, reliving, or overwhelming the system.
Having personally healed from a condition once considered “incurable,” I bring both professional skill and lived understanding to this work. I offer a grounded, respectful space where change is practical, embodied, and paced to support real life—helping clients move forward with more clarity, resilience, and choice.
If this approach resonates with you, I invite you to explore working together and see whether this feels like the right next step for your healing journey.
