There is one trick for a mind that is stubborn and wants to start a day with doubts, what-if's and worry.

Hypnosis goes way beyond a session with a hypnotist. You are hypnotising yourself every day. Just like a hypnotist would guide you through space and time so that you see different scenarios, you create such a scenario yourself, every day, on the subconscious level.

One trick is to confuse the mind in a positive way the first thing in the morning.

Wake up earlier than usual - early enough so that the traffic and commotion haven't begun yet.

Have a pee, a glass of water and leave - as soon after waking up as possible. Focus on how different the air smells than it will later in the day. Also focus on the sounds, especially birds - these will be drowned later in the noises of the woken day. Walk for at least 30min.

If you are sensitive to energies, notice them too as over the night the air has cleansed of lower energies like stress, fear, doubt, impatience.

What is powerful here, is that the familiar the conscious mind associates with our reality* suddenly smells, sounds and looks completely different: calm, light, pleasant, easy to navigate through.

The mind doesn't take its own decisions but follows your command. Be aware of your own power and use it to your advantage.

If you set the mind on autopilot, e.g. to wake up with anxiety every day, it will gladly follow the pattern, and this pattern will set how you experience the rest of your day.

It is much easier to start and perpetuate a higher vibration than force the wheels the opposite direction when the cart is speeding downhill.

The frequency (how we feel about our thoughts, where we place our focus) of the very morning is key.

*Our reality is how we perceive the events. What for one person feels dreadful, or an insult, or whatever, for another may feel like a driving challenge, or a funny situation.​​​​​​​
